      There are no reason to work there at all It’s family business, every higher staff is family member

      Cons

      -Worst Inhouse HR's, even they don’t have degree, bcoz if they had they should be aware of company HR policies -Too Bad Workplace - junior staffs are fine but senior one are really without ethics -No Working Policy or Procedure -They Can fire you without any reason - they won’t give your salary or incentives if any, even if you work very hard or with ethics. -A big NO for any new joinee or old

      If event is not there. We can be like free bird. Nothing is that great...

      Cons

      No working hours... If they want, they make you work for 2 days continuesly... They won't value for your education. If you are graduate also, you need to work like labour. We can't take leaves even if it important for us. No proper HR. Always HR will be changing. If you are accepting deductions (PF) in your salary. Don't know whether it will come or not. No growth nothing... Your salary will will increase very less even if you work for years. Salaries will not come on time.

      u v'l be treated as a lobour in this company irrespective of your degree(b.tech, bcom, masters). u hav to lift every things like sub woofers, speakers, etc.. No employ will help u in this company. U v'l not get ur payslips .
