This is not a tech start-up company, it is nothing more than a digital version of John's grocery store down by your street. The lack of innovation and embracing complacency is what this company has done the last couple of years. There are even people in the leadership of this company who think innovation is overrated. No wonder the company is on a downward spiral off late. Almost all of the employees are dissatisfied with their pay, benefits or nature of their work. The internal politics that is going on is quite frankly disgusting for a small company.
