Sometimes the hours would be weird, but reasonable.

Creative industry, passionate customer base, and exciting wellness trends. Remote work flexibility and occasional access to new products are nice perks.

The leadership culture is toxic. Frequently rude, dismissive, cliquey, and reactive. Feedback is often negative and demoralizing rather than constructive. There’s very little structure or long-term planning, and priorities shift constantly without explanation. Employees are expected to produce high-level results without proper resourcing or support therefore burnout is the norm. The CFO is overly involved in areas far outside their scope, which creates confusion, slows down progress, and undermines department leads.
