Beyond toxic. Founders are checked out and play favorites. Executives are unqualified. Insane growth goals and workload without proper pay or benefits. company culture is cliquey and incompetent employees are promoted because of cronyism. No HR process to even figure out how to grow. This is a dead end company not worth anyone’s time
