Pros
Managers give you the freedom to work independently while still holding everyone accountable - you're treated like an adult here. I love that I have the flexibility to do what I feel my clients need, rather than restricted by too many deliverable requirements. Growth and performance metrics are laid out explicitly so you know exactly what you have to do to earn merit increases. Partners are super involved and people know their stuff. Been in the industry for almost 6 years but I feel like my learning exponentially increased since coming here. Fully remote gives me the flexibility I need and the quiet focus to get my work done.
Cons
Not really any cons; I love my job. Fully remote can be tough for some people who rely on interaction with coworkers, but HV does a lot to foster culture - lots of virtual engagement events to help you meet people. Plus there are monthly virtual company meetings to hear from department leaders and see how we're doing as a company.
