Micromanaging and little pay - Bakery Team Member Highland Bakery Employee Review

Highland bakery has not caught up with what people expect out of wages in 2022. There is constant micromanagement from the owner and she relies on fear to motivate employees. The way she speaks to staff is truly shocking. The place is absolutely filthy too and all the back areas look like a squatters house that hasn’t been touched in decades. It’s no wonder why they’re always hiring.
