      Pros

      Many nice people/free bread. That's all I can come up with.

      Cons

      Department heads try to lead with 1980s mentality of yelling and threatening. Witnessed upper management yelling at employees. If you are a mechanic, plan on working holidays and 7 plus days straight. The company will tell you it's company over everything . The pay was good. Micro management at its finest. Engineering department leadership is in dire need of some formal leadership training. HR is pretty much controlled by upper management. Free bread

      -Increasingly centralized, top-down decision-making with limited/no department-level input -Reduced autonomy compared to earlier years -Inconsistent communication between leadership and operational teams -Shifting priorities that can create workflow disruption -Advancement and influence do not always appear tied strictly to measurable performance
