The pay compensation is low. I wish I had better benefits and more hours and pay because I'm a single mother and have bills to pay.

Flexible Schedule, Nice Members, Lots of Ways to Improve if you have the time and knowledge to dedicate to a business such as this.

No Structure, lack of work life balance, unrealistic expectations, little room for growth, changing leaders consistently, lack of communication, no values, culture, or goals.
