Leadership Nightmare - Anonymous employee Hightower Advisors Employee Review

Absolute disconnect amongst the management team that is clearly obvious to everyone below. Management says one thing and acts another way. It’s clear that it’s “do what we say not what we do”. Very demoralizing. No advancement. Clear favoritism to certain teams. Focus on culture but it’s just talk because upper managers don’t believe it (and make fun of it)
