Home office fired productive workers once they completed certain tasks. Claim to be focused on growing, but staff rarely focuses on meeting with new potential clients. During my time at my home office, we only gained one small client. Potential FINRA violations that happened during my time. Spent more time trying to internet outages than actual work projects. Limited to no growth. The position you're originally hired in is the position is the position you'll stay in. Management set unrealistic goals and never got close to meeting them.
