      Hightower is great at accepting all new employees and welcoming them to the company. They allow for flexibility and autonomy. There is a sense of care given to all employees that makes me proud to work here. There are also great benefits.

      With the flexibility and benefits there are high expectations to do well in your role.

      Pros

      Flexible PTO, good healthcare and maternity/paternity leave plans, inflation raise each year with a bonus dependent on company profits. Supportive and friendly staff.

      Cons

      Mostly in-office work with one WFH day. Not many raise opportunities past the one each year to account for inflation.
