Pros
Hightower has a great overall culture. From the generous time off, to the perks, swag, fun events, and most importantly the people. I love that it is extremely inclusive and also make a point to celebrate hard work and accomplishments, There is also a lot of flexibility, so when life wants to life, I find that everyone is extremely understanding.
Cons
Not a fan of the insurance. I find that the co-pays/co-insurance are the highest that I've ever had to pay. Salary is also lower than competitors, so if a high base salary is your main driver, you might want to look elsewhere.
