I am proud to work in this home, our residents are well cared for with the time allotted for attention to the details that are important to our residents and their families. Caregiving at Highview is done with love and kindness, respecting each residents individuality and their personal preferences. It is a pleasure to work here. Some other Pros include: -Benefits, RRSP contributions, EAP program -Low ratio of residents to staff (6 residents to 1 PSW -8 hour shifts -friendly and inclusive team -supportive management staff -competitive wage compared to similar retirement homes
