Pros
This is difficult to write because I don't have the luxury of working with others face-to-face (something I truly miss) but the culture, for what it is worth, seems very supportive of employees and i feel we are valued, listed to, and encouraged to think outside the box.
Cons
This is a personal item - but, working virtually is a major con. I think if I have the luxury of working in an office with others near me I would be hard pressed to find a bad thing about Higi but as it is working from home and so, isolated from the rest makes it the only bad part of working for Higi. Otherwise these are very good people whom are committed to making a difference in health and wellness data reporting
