Pros
The first few months can be enjoyable. There are a few good souls at the corporate office. But they are very few and far between.
Cons
Don’t let the facade fool you. The people who work for Doug Hignell and Phil Larios are out for themselves and there to serve out personal vendettas. Many in the company are a far cry from what Doug and Fred established as their mission statement. Don’t waste your time. It doesn’t take long before the knife goes in your back The true colors of HR and upper management start to shine, they imply that they care, but again, your disposable and they make sure you never forget that?
