Pros
- Individual teams do great work and are supportive of each other - HR attempting to build out a better organizational culture - Days off for all major Jewish and non-Jewish holidays - Solid dental insurance - Flexible work schedule - Friendly staff dedicated to the mission of the organization - Good networking opportunities
Cons
- Senior Leadership is oblivious to the positive work their departments are doing - Fired or furloughed 20% of their staff "because of the pandemic", then immediately began hiring for new positions and acquiring new departments within weeks - Senior leadership plays favorites - Medical insurance is terrible - Pay is below average - Not much room for upward mobility
