Great team leads a background on how tge tools function and how realistic the repairs are going to be is a big advantage

Outsourced all the talent lost a lot of super skilled techs because all the management that was burnt thru. The wage gap is not correct. I myself was working 8 years hitting targets etc. And a non skilled worker comes in makes more that me and I have to train thehwm
