Pros
The people, world class training & projects, the electric car is also great! Fantastic teams and support from many departments. Training and travel always paid for as well as hotels if you'd need that for site visits in your patch.
Cons
Career path seems to be not scalable with effort required with the job, a lot of progression seems to be lateral and not managerial. Work life balance can take a hit sometimes you'll get back home at 7-8pm on occasions and if your territory is doing bad it would be not worth the effort that quarter.
