Pros
Plenty of space to learn for Fresh Graduates. Not so sure about experience people joining as 70% of the work force are fresh graduates. Company is willing to invest in you if you prove yourself. Renumeration package is very good. And again if you prove your self, it is even better.
Cons
There needs to be a standard operating procedure for all levels such as daily work, hiring, management and not change it based on a change of heart. Management needs to sit down together with a professional to sort things out to reach the next level. I believe they can achieve this as the company grows bigger.
