Pros

Probably one of the few IAS Coaching classes out there who are serious about making a change in the root cause of how to teach & learn. Dedicated and committed people, transparency runs in veins. Respect for women, core principles and values being followed by all the employees, and many more. The transparency in terms of work done by all encourages everyone to deliver their best and meet their targets.

Cons

Sometimes no recognition for Hard work.

Pros

You will always feel connected with the mission of the company. Taking ownership for your work literally makes you an owner, there is a lot of freedom in decision making. You grow with the company if you can stick out the primary teething issues (which are normal for a company in this industry and of this size). I have learnt the most in this organisation.

Cons

Educating the people even better who join newly on what to expect will help ease the tension around expectations v/s reality of smaller organisations.

Pros

Had a great chance to learn and grow with the organization. The company has an open and simple work culture and is highly moral in its dealings. You will find good managers who provide you mentoring and support. You get a lot of freedom to experiment and share your ideas. If you are driven and motivated, you can grow pretty fast. Does very genuine work in education, so has a good reputation with customers. Compensation and benefits are competitive.

Cons

Given an entrepreneurial environment, the pace of change and expected effort can be demanding for some
