      - insane workload with no overtime - favourtism in management, who are extremely incompetent - no structure on larger projects - rude senior employees who are against helping incoming talent

      Team was absolutely lovely. A light-hearted but also hardworking environment. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.
