      Good for people who just want a paycheck and don't care about dignity.

      Cons

      This is the worst place for juniors. Managers are extremely unprofessional and don't know how to communicate. Instead of guidance, you get shouted at. There is zero learning curve and no mentorship. The culture is built on fear rather than collaboration.

      Pros

      The joining process at Hindware was extremely smooth and well organised from start to finish. All formalities were handled efficiently with no confusion or delays. The HR team was warm and welcoming, making day one very comfortable. Overall a very positive start at a great company.
