The benefits and salary are competitive and they are pro union.
Cons
Management is very unorganized, the lack of communication amongst the managers is very apparent and it affects the group of men that they are managing. Secondly is the level of comfort between the Chiefs, Junior Chiefs and the engineers. The managers are quick to point out any mistakes and hand out more write ups than a meter maid in San Francisco.The managers don't have their workers backs and vice versa.
