      Lack of internal mobility and career growth. Prefers executional do-ers that keep their head down vs curious changemakers.

      Pros

      Great benefits, genuinely caring and smart people.

      Cons

      Disorganized strategy from leadership and some of the worst managers I've ever had. Does not seem ton have great internal stability as the last year I was there 3 product managers were laid off and another 4 left due to concerns about leadership.
