It’s not some downsides, it’s so many and they have to work otherwise everyone leaves in some time. Manager think they can easily replace there experienced employees with some fresher or intern. They doesn’t even know the tech stack.They also need some guidance. Zero work life balance, late night calls, early morning manger calls and perform this and this. Give me this on priority. Priority keeps changing and never ending meeting with no agenda at all. Never listen employee’s feedback and even if you are consultant like my other friends then forget that you exist in manger teams. Even I saw people misbehave with their management at off-site party’s. So much drama and warnings of termination if you are taking leaves and wfh.
