      Pros

      Great training/development - I moved on but I know they like to hire from inside their pubs. General benefits good vs other pub companies

      Cons

      Tendency to steamroll any pubs they take over - remodel and remove character (turn into generic gastro pub).

      Pros

      The Company does allow the team autonomy to deliver the expected results. The man at the helm is a great visionary and ensures that the best people are always recognised and rewarded.

      Cons

      Not sticking to the plan . an be too much focus on very short term results.
