I cannot find any positive points

Unethical behavior from the very tinny manager to the CEO of the company. Won't pay the extra hours 100% as they declare. Won't support or congratulate their employees for anything at all. No organization, no communication, lazynes at all the levels (HHRR won't send you an appointment for a total unnecesary call) and, at the end, will ilegally discount part of your salary when you decide to resign even when the previous notification. They will cut your internet, kick you out of the house the same last day not even caring about their own clients. Absolute absence of any sense of maturity at all the levels which is a clear philosophy from the CEO (Filipe Estevez). I advice to anyone avoid working at this company.
