I've worked here for some time and I have no issues with the position itself. Be aware that the management treats you like you are 5 years old or hard of hearing. I've never had a workplace that tells you that you cannot speak to anyone on the floor, only in the lunch room. Make sure to not be spotted or you WILL get scolded for it. However they boast about it being a good environment to work in. I'd say it's pretty antisocial overall. On another note, every one gets paid different rates and the raises are about 40 cents after a year of work. They give awards for good work but you can only keep it temporarily until someone else gets acknowledgement. The training is mediocre. If you weren't taught something and do it wrong, you'll probably get feedback for ...not knowing? I heard there is room for growth at HireRight however, I can't see how. There is a HIGH turnaround of employees and most people don't seem to want to be here. The general response of "how are you?" is "I'm here, aren't I?". Who'd want to work for a company like that? Hire Wrong is a more accurate description.
