Pros
The contract that HBM had me in was great. The people where fantastic and my manager at the site was helpful and supportive.
Cons
I was lied to about holiday pay. HBM set my interview up, got me onboarded, and hired then it was like I didn't exist. I never received contact afterwards. Most staffing agencies keep in contact with their contractors via telephone call, monthly lunches for a face to face, or email. I only got the latter just to remind me to put my time card in or a survey every six months. I did not even know who my contact was at HBM. My contract has been renewed 3 or 4 times but I was never notified by HBM. I found out a week ago that my contract is ending next month. NO NOTIFICATION from HBM. I even set them an email with my concerns. I did get an email back saying that they would fix or address the issues raised. **CRICKETS from HBM** This is the first time dealing with Hired By Matrix, it might be my last unless they can prove they have fixed most of these issues.
