You can listen songs and watch movies if your are not receiving any chats, emails or calls. You can eat your lunch or dinner on your desk in between calls as there is no break during shift. Salary on time.
Cons
Forced to handle 2-3 projects on the same time There is no break No progress Company have no hierarchy One man handling whole office No breaks 6 days a week No eid bonus, No health insurance Contractual job They can fire you without notice but if you want to leave the job you need to tell them one month in advance otherwise you will loose your salary.
