      The onboarding process was smooth and well‑organized, thanks to the continuous support from my Sr.Delivery Manager(Gurudutt). They were approachable, guided me through every step, and ensured I had all the resources I needed to settle in quickly. Their encouragement made the transition into the role much easier.

      Processes can sometimes feel slow due to multiple approval layers.
