Hypochristians. They rob their sales people of hard-earned commissions blaming them for not reading the sales contract. CEO called former employee on his cell phone to personally tell him he was a loser and quitter after resigning b/c they transferred him to another community refusing to pay out his backlog. They will also terminate people rather than pay them. Worst working hours in the business - communities with partners having to work 10-7pm year-round even with capped sales of 2 or less total for the month (they let us leave at 6pm for 2 weeks during the Holidays when the bad reviews came in - gee thanks, we can’t earn commission but you’ll allow us to leave when all of the other builders close). We have a new VP of Sales FINALLY but the problem starts at the top.
