      If you are fully committed to the nonprofit sector, then do check out HSJ for the excellent programs HSJ provides to promote the preservation of the Valley of Heart's Delight history.

      Cons

      Financial support is hard to acquire for HSJ and so salaries and staffing are a continual issue.
