      Great pay Excellent benefits 401k match 6% Easy work, no heavy lifting

      Cons

      Very low work/life schedule. If production goes down, due to machining problems, you will work 7 days a week until caught up. Seems to be the pattern of company. Where I’m from the company is known for working seven days. High turnover rate. Management have their favorites
