Pros
HTS is a global company with a good reputation. They are a stable employer that will not lay off workers unless absolutely necessary. They are good to employees, core and temps alike in their treatment. They work to accommodate their workers as much as possible while keeping their business goals. They provide good benefits to core employees.
Cons
Their wages tend to be low. Also, they take way too long to promote temps to core. We lost a lot of good employees because they got tired of waiting for core position so they can get the insurance and benefit package they do not enjoy with the temp service.
