- Good brand name with great potential to excel further - Great Leadership team - Work life balance

- No focus on employee growth within the organization - Processes do not focus on retaining the internal talent. - Prefer to hire from outside on higher salaries rather then benchmarking own employee's salary. - Weak HR policies. No appearance of standard policies or HR representative on sites. - Project/line manager has all decision authority with no intervention of HR. Which is biased in some cases.
