      Unfortunately hiding, lying and ignoring the truth is a fundamental company culture of Japan. People just see what they want to see. The management just want to know what they want to know.

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
