      Pay is based on grades but the range of pay is not openly shared. Have to jump through hoops for promotion. Senior management are a mixed bag. Some good, some not so good.

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
