      - HR seems to be a big player in the organization - not work life balance where always work overtime during peak periods - lack of visibility in career growth opportunities, no clear career growth mentorship (no employee morale) - promote employees who doesnt have leadership skills - huge office politics

      Pros

      Great manager, hybrid work, flexibly if you work hard, good benefits, lots of growth. The culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      Lot of restructuring, needs a directory of who manages what, titles are vague and don't reflect what you actually do but everyone is super nice.

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
