For me personally it has been a great working at Hitachi Solutions. I have been working here for four years full time now. I say It’s a great place to start your career with. Good global exposure and you will get to work on multiple technologies and business aspects based on department. Starting my career as a techie, I got a great opportunity to transform my career in techno-business profile. The managers here are very helpful and understanding. The management takes good initiatives, regular assessment of employees technically and professionally helps to improve both the ways. Salary increments are good and you get the recognition for your smart work and contribution in every aspect be it project wise or initiative wise via Rewards and Recognition program.
