Pros
Nice colleagues, good bosses(my project). Workload still okay. Not allll the time feel pressure. Only when need to meet the deadline which is i would say normal as we are working for clients. OT for certain time is normal. Career progress is good and i do feel im growing every year. Overall i love this job bcs of my team only.
Cons
Management very bad, no more annual company trip, need to fully return to office which increase commitment for parking, gas, tol. before this hybrid which is good but now fully work from office and so many employee resign bcs of this. I feel more burnout now bcs need to go through traffic jammed everyday and it is very exhausting.
