      Pros

      Has some great products at high end of backup power market. Has some really good people at factory and at local level. Good sales reps. Good repair facility in Rosenberg. Has overcome previous issues with product quality and new products are well designed.

      Cons

      Went through a stretch where product quality suffered, resulting in field failures. The overall "down" market for large UPS equipment has affected their business somewhat.

      Pros

      Tend to get free time off. Coworker are fun to be around and work with. A lot of ex military work for this company

      Cons

      So Day can be very long and hard. With short notice to changes in the work schedule or even going out of town on short notice.
