Pros
Great hands on experience obtained. Travel perks are nice and overtime hour helps boost pay. Healthcare benefits are great (none for employee-only). Training opportunities available at the factory overseas.
Cons
Depending who is your "mentor", you may not get the experience/training you want. I was fortunate to have an excellent experienced coworker show me the ropes. Some of the "management" employees should not be in the position they are. Project managers are not qualified and not very personable employees.
