The Company is good and supportive. There are 2 people Alka and Nehal making it worse for employees. whenever you raise a concern they will tag team and make the employees life hell. They themselves lack in communication , Team Management & Leadership skills but will act as if they own the company. They do whatever they want and will promote people who are their side kicks. Hi Tech digital except of aviation team is good, so please don't waste your time working their coz at the end of day if you are not in the good books, your career is spoiled. even I am looking for options outside after wasting 10 years of service without any option to learn new things. My recommend to not join aviation team here, rest s your choice. The work environment is very toxic and no freedom of speech
