Pros
The Hive Team is a really close-knit group of people. The tech team works really well with the sales and office team to make this little company feel like home. Every Friday morning we have a company meeting and we hand out weekly awards for outstanding employees and then every employee voices an appreciation for a fellow coworker who helped them this week! We monitor our daily statistics, so everyone can see our daily progress. Our job responsibilities are very clearly outlined, so you know exactly what you're held accountable for. We get together to give back to the community, we have employee lunches and retreats, and I love coming to work everyday! I'd highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to work hard for a great cause.
Cons
I haven't experienced anything I would call a "con" here. I will advise that you need to be ready to work here. I absolutely love what I do and I choose to devote the majority of my time to better this company. So, if you're a hard worker and you want to better yourself and deserving company- this is the place for you!
