Pros
Genuinely never felt more comfortable to be myself and it means I do my best work. Feel like everyone is much cleverer than me but that means I'm always learning and my ideas are always still listened to and appreciated. Loads of learning opportunities every day. Leadership really cares, but also is firm on keeping a high bar (which I personally think is great so you don't end up with anyone draining energy or egos, which I had at my old job and hated!). Great progression opportunities as long as you can be flexible and willing to put yourself out of your comfort zone.
Cons
Fast paced. Stuff changes very frequently and I can see some people struggle with that. High bar does mean sometimes people get moved on, but from what I've seen has always been handled nicely, but probably why there's a few sketchy reviews. If you're good and enjoy a buzzy fast moving work life you'll love it
