Pros
Many pros if you are a part of the big three - Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators
Cons
The company lacks diversity to point that it is concerning. If you are not a caucasian male from an affluent community, then you are treated as "less than." Leadership in the sub categories is absentee (Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.). Flex scheduling is only allowed if you are a male in the "big three." Bonuses and vacation time are subjective to opinions and pay is all over the place. Vacation and sick time are not generous if you don't have a job to bill it to.
