Pros

The pay is pretty good Got to know some great customers who have become friends!

Cons

Cliques like crazy where I worked Management was part if not the entire problem DM and HR has the managers back and hardly consider you Cashiers sometimes got as cranky as some of the customers if their breaks are pushed anything more than 1 minute after their time I was almost always found at fault for stuff others did, even when I was not working on a certain day >>>>>DEPENDS ON MANAGEMENT TEAM<<<<< Customers were pretty cranky about 75% of the time
