I gave so much to this company and at the end of the day I was given a district manager who was intimidated by my abilities and my confidence as well as him being buddies with... See 1. 1. sexual harassment from my D.M. Within 2 weeks of the store set up process and lasted longer than it should have. Investigation and all, he gets a slap on the hand and then two years later receives a promotion to R.V.P. And I'm dancing around his presents. 2. You'll have to read the book, but I'll leave you with this... I've never worked for a more discriminating, degrading, male chauvinistic company in all my years and it's time that people know who/what this company stands behind.
