Co Manager - Co Manager Hobby Lobby Employee Review

Pay! Very low! You will not lead or guide anyone but rather be a stocker 90+% of the time. No interest in change or hearing any of your ideas so no reward of experience. You have to work 6 days a week when the store manager is not there, and you will have to do the same if you promote and do not have a co Manager. So the schedule is good in a perfect scenario only, if not a perfect scenario you are working a ton of hours. So if you are an experienced leader that is looking for a rewarding career at a place that will listen to you.... this is not the place for you.
